Quiso

The clan's liaison to dragons in shadow territory. Quiso was nominated for the position of Shadow Liaison by none other than the clan's spymaster, Hanami.

There are many documents unearthed from the collapsed city archives that mention Quiso, but they are of oddly varying ages and tend to contradict each other. Some indicate that Quiso's clan of origin was once on good terms with the former queen's clan of origin; or perhaps that he was adopted into the care of the former general of the old city's armed forces... or that he was pledged to the service of the royal treasury as a hatchling to repay a life debt.
Perhaps the most bizarre document to mention the liaison is a clay tablet predating the founding of the city found within the royal crypt. The tablet, which appears to contain a recipe for fish and ham pie, includes "quiso" as an ingredient. The author of the recipe seemed very particular about selecting only the pointiest and greasiest quiso from the beastfolk markets of the Driftwood Drag. Further examination of the tablet indicates that the object may be a forgery and contain a coded message.

Quiso rarely appears within the Sunbeam Ruins, let alone the Amber City, and spends most of his time in Shadow territory. When he does return to the city, he enjoys playing with hatchlings and teaching them magic tricks.
