At two days old when exploring her new lair she found that she was bored. And her curiosity blinded her to the danger of outside. A practicing witch asked the child to try her drinks, she since she was thirsty she obliged. Little did she know that it would change her form and genes completely. She would weep softly until found by an older coatl confused at the child being alone and this strange liquid that seemed to be underneath her scales. Despite being young herself she took her in, many mistook her for her daughter, and she was seen by her as a little sister. But to her she saw her more than that not being able to bond with her parents so young. Born a guardian she still has this urge to find her charge, she just doesn't know what it is yet
