Halcyon is... odd. He talks and acts like any other dragon (if a bit more of a recluse than the norm) but there are things about him that just aren't quite right. Most notably the odd sheen of his furless belly, almost as if his insides were nothing more than a viscous fluid... but that couldn't be, could it?
