She'd rather appreciate the small things.

She's often misunderstood, but she just likes to take things slow and easy. That's the way to handle the bees, after all. Slow and gentle and reassuring. So it's the way she handles life.

Honey is only a second concern for her beekeeping. Her primary reason for it is to care for these delicate, determined creatures. Getting to share their bountiful harvest is a bonus.
