Despite his change in breed, Triton is less aggressive or protective than a Guardian might expect. His pearl no longer remains by his side, but he treasures it regardless, and feels that its natural power bolsters his magical abilities. Unlike most male dragons, and indeed, most Guardians in the clan, Triton is very much in touch with his magical strengths, and has grown to love the sea and its currents in the dimensions of his new form.
