Powerful mage with the ability to generate and manipulate electricity at will.
Can change form from an elegant dragonelle to a petite, humanoid woman with skin so dark it appears to glow blue. She often wears loose fitting robes and kimonos with large sleeves and tresses in the hues of her dragon scale, to resemble her true form. Her curly hair is dark blue at the roots surrounding her short horns, lightening to a soft teal at the tips. She wears lots of jewelry made from woven leather and wood with blue zircon and turquoise inlays.
Gorgeous and fashionable, but brave and skilled in ranged combat.
She is weak in close combat, needing time to charge her attacks and distance to control them. Likewise, she prefers to distance herself emotionally and can be difficult to approach.
