Xoshine is the queen of her land, in charge of making decisions when it comes to resources, other clans, domestic disputes, and other such topics. With no threat of war in recent decades, the most interesting that's happened so far is the surge of newcomers to her lands. They had made clear their peaceful intentions, so there was nothing that Xoshine could legally do to find out more about them, but she always makes sure one of the sneakier dragons under her direct command keeps an eye on them. No dragon is a stranger to lies or espionage.

In her spare time, Xoshine is always seeking to become a better ruler, almost to the point of obsession. She has a poor ability to sense her body's needs and will often ignore many of its signals until she is done with whatever has caught her attention or will simply continue to ignore it due to a general lack of desire to waste time maintaining her body.

The same does not hold true for her subordinates, who she considers to be her complete responsibility. If they do not eat, it is because of something she's done to worry them. If they are injured, it is because she failed to foresee the outcome and didn't prepare accordingly. Should a rebellion ever rise up, it is because she failed as a ruler, and should hang up her title in earnest.
