Biography
Pancho is named after my absolute main character, Dev, as one of two nicknames of his is Pancho, the other being Tex.
Dev is a human OC of mine, the only actual human OC that I've drawn out, but I've been debating giving him multiple forms - I think that, if he had a dragon form, this is really close to what it would look like - plus his necklace, of course.
