Allecto is a warlock. He sells charms, assorted potions, and other such items he's created with his knowledge of botany and spells combined. Allecto does posses, however, a very short temper, and has cursed several individuals who've dared anger him. Generally speaking, he doesn't do anything lethal to those few dragons, but his morals hold no objection to extreme pain or other suffering - oftentimes, Allecto will curse the offending dragon(s) to have stabbing pain in one of their limbs, permanently, or a plague of unpleasant mental images.
