You can try to bargain with her if she's got something you're interested in. It doesn't matter if you owned it in the past, which could be anything from years to seconds ago; something that was lost by someone will be hers the moment she finds it. Though, depending on what it is and how much it means for its original owner, she could show a bit of sympathy and kindness and actually hand over to them.
And if you can't get through to her with emotions.. well, you can always try to reach her with treasure and gems.

Man, does umber skink look good with turquoise alloy! I simly cannot ignore such a gorgeous, capable-looking dragon. With that hat and the carapace arm, she definitely has the feel of someone who can take care of herself and won't let anyone give her a hard time. I really like how you've let her beautiful colors shine through instead of covering them up with apparel (something I myself do very often). She already has a great look.
