Proteus

Proteus is Naiad's mate, and Tethys' student in the intricate art of treasure hunting. The only twist is that he prefers to find treasure buried at the bottom of the sea. Despite being a light element dragon, he is surprisingly adept at diving. The deep sea bulb on his head allows vision in the dark waters, and the fins and gills allow him to move faster and stay submerged longer. Proteus adds most of his findings to his personal hoard, but if he finds something he believes another clan member would truly love and appreciate he doesn't mind parting with it. He even has an agreement with Nereid to keep an eye out for any rare and pretty trinkets that might make good jewelry material.
