Another traveler who found his way to the lair (with thanks to LadySyndra and Kyary).



Dawn left Amberspire proper to wander the Starwood Strand alongside Acosta the fae.


Some in the clan believe the two lost their minds within the enchanting forest, but they simply do not understand. It was a place of solace and freedom from everything that bound them to the grandiose queendom built on bloodshed, and Dawn's only solace from visions of a future he could not handle.

Now he loathes himself for it, for the reason he has lost his beloved husband and soulmate was due to his unwillingness to leave the forest and see a future he could have easily prevented.

As it was his duty to do so, he left the forest periodically to father nests within Clan Amberspire, the very last of which being with Lady Pepper herself.
Only after the eggs came into being were his fears confirmed, with the far confirming in person that Acosta was killed by a new recruit for "trespassing."

Out of hurt, fear, and a fair bit of spite, he stole away one of the children from his and Lady Pepper's nest.

He returned to the forest where Seer's eyes cannot penetrate and stays there in hiding.

Though he always warned Avonne of the dangers outside the forest, he could not stop her when she decided to leave him behind.
