They found their way to the Glass Jewls through many trials and tribulations. Bullied by his siblings and even his parents he ran away from Nature flight at a young age. After much adventuring he found his way to the cave systems of the Glass Jewls.

After running away from home he was able to survive by picking and selling wild flowers, herbs, and other plants. After a while he began to take requests and traveled to get specific plants that other dragons requested of him. While on a search for Dwarf Mushrooms in the Caves at the edges of Dragonhome he discovered the home of the Glass Jewls. They took him in and he ended up staying.

He studied under the founding father Glass to learn how to help care for the various plants in the cave stystems and the beloved Star Mossthat grew outside the entrance to the caves. He then wanted to become a horticulturist and botanist like Glass, to further help introduce new plant economy into the cave systems as he missed a great many plants from the Labyrinth.
