Abaddon is a demon in dragon's clothing. He has the power to turn other dragons into demons and warp things to his will. He appears harmless at first and like a mystic. He uses his voice to lure others into making a contract with him or at the very least, to do his bidding. He is cunning and manipulative. He lives on the outskirts of the clan's territory. He is responsible for cursing the imperial Koujaku. He has ties to Mordred, who he convinced to turn on the clan. Koujaku and Mordred are neither the first not last dragons Abaddon has plans for. He is a demon of the shade.
Abaddon, being a demon-god of the shade, created a being from the shade for the sole purpose of destroying the clan. This being was a monstrous dragon, who when sent to the clan, took the guise of a skydancer with long, blonde hair. Abaddon had created Michael, who would go on to be Abaddon's most hated enemy.
