ALPINECRUNCH - FRESH! GREEN! MINTY! GOOD AT SPORTS!!
It's tough sometimes, being a dragon with no TANG at all in a clan that's so super TANGY that it even has TANG in its name. Other TANG clans may discriminate like evil haters, but TANGFEARSOME is not such a place! It strives to welcome all of its WEIRDO CHILDRENS (and all of those WEIRDO ADOPTEES who keep sneaking in from the auction house) without giving special treatment to herps with TANG! Thanks to this ALL-INCLUSIVE, HUG-BASED POLICY OF EQUALITY, ALPINECRUNCH was able to grow up in a (WEIRD BUT STILL) loving environment and did not become a SINISTER ECOTERRORIST SUPERVILLAIN!
Instead, ALPINECRUNCH found himself drawn to the lure of HIGH, WILD PLACES like FROSTY MOUNTAINTOPS and SNOWY PINE FORESTS and other DISTANT LOCALES THAT CHALLENGE A DRAGON TO PIT ITSELF AGAINST NATURE while delighting in BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPES. Because he and his messianic brother TASTYSPARKLES hung around for a while before being auctioned, he had plenty of time to GO IN SEARCH OF HIMSELF while BRACED AGAINST THE ELEMENTS and LIVING OFF THE LAND like a genuine mountain-drake SURVIVALIST TYPE.
Unlike many Skydancers, who are generally delicate and skinny, ALPINECRUNCH is downright brawny compared to others of his breed and has cultivated a HEARTY, CAREFREE LAUGH and a vast knowledge of THINGS THAT HELP YOU TO NOT DIE WHEN YOU'RE IN THE GODSFORSAKEN MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. During his journeys into the great forests of dragonkind, he claims to have sampled a huge variety of PLANTS BELIEVED INEDIBLE EVEN BY FREAKISH VEGGIE-EATING DRAGONS and now swears that PINE is the absolute best flavor there is, even better than (IT'S HERESY TO EVEN THINK THIS) TANG.
So the clan is now quietly convinced that ALPINECRUNCH is a little crazy and probably should get purchased by some NICE NATURE CLAN with lots of CREEPY HERBIVORES who will let him share his recipes and not consider him gross because of his BLASPHEMOUS HERBIVORE TENDENCIES.
