Personality
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯Subsonic is a cheerful, kindly, and caring figure in the clan, someone who might almost be seen as “feminine” by outsiders. As the leaders of the clan are all rather erratic and very focused individuals, there is not really a sort of mother figure in the clan. That is, besides Subsonic. While Subsonic might have joined the clan as a warrior, he would go on to play an even more important role in the clan than that of someone who fights. Subsonic is a true skydancer at heart, someone sensitive to the energies and emotions of those around him, which is probably his main weakness. He feels responsible for taking care of those around him, often stopping to help solve a problem one of the other dragons have. In fact, if anyone has any sort of issue, it’s definitely Subsonic that they will turn first to. He is extremely generous, sharing his portion of food with young hatchlings and offering to share his belongings and collected materials with clanmates. Due to his upbringing, a huge difference between the skydancer and his fellow companions is the concept of a deity, or religion. While many members of the clan are all atheistic or apatheistic in some way, Subsonic is likely the most devoted to his deity. He absolutely adores the Lightweaver, spending a good part of his day devoted in prayer to her. As a result, he often finds it hard to integrate himself in some parts of the clan’s social aspect, though he makes up for it with his cheerful attitude. However, many are surprised to hear that Subsonic was not in fact brought into the clan because of his kind, caring instincts. In fact, Subsonic was born to be a warrior, skilled at fighting with his sensory abilities. Being able to sense how other dragons are feeling, and where they are weaker, skydancers are formidable fighters when put to the task. With both his parents being more magically inclined, it was a surprise when Subsonic became a more physical warrior than expected. In fact, one could say that his personality made a completely 180 when he entered battle, his formerly kind expression morphing into a hard one of determination. While he is still fair and merciful, one cannot deny that Subsonic has a very different self hidden within him. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Early Years

Subsonic was born, and grew up in Myndris’ clan, where he was brought up to be a magic-focused warrior, utilizing the shadows to his advantage as his parents had. He was trained in top-notch battle techniques, honing his skills to become a powerful, deadly killer – an assassin, to be precise. As a result, the Subsonic of the past was a cold, quiet, and calm creature of the night, using his sensing abilities to feel for the energies and the emotions of his opponents and targets. In this fashion, he slowly grew into his intended role as a ruthless master of his craft. As the grand finale to his training, Subsonic was then sent out into the world, a regular killing machine to wreak havoc among the clans, freelancing under clan leaders. However, after several jobs, the dragon, as many killers, would encounter a situation that caused him to reconsider. As an assassin relying on darkness, Subsonic’s attacks and killings were primarily at night. It was the first time he had seen the face of the one he had killed. Horrified by the sight before him, Subsonic would then move as far away as possible, finding himself in the Viridian Labyrinth before long. Upon meeting Fibryx, he would join up with the trio of the first dragons in the clan. Finding that Fibryx was in need of experienced and capable members, he would volunteer himself for the role of a warrior, and was easily accepted. Even today, no one in the clan knows of his past as an assassin. |

Current
Currently, Subsonic is in a bit of an uncomfortable situation. Seeing as no one knows about his past, he is in good standing in the clan. Although he realizes that the others probably won’t mind if he tells them, he wants to keep his life as nice as it is so far, without the weight of his past dragging others’ opinions of him down. So, he keeps up his image as a strangely fast and sneaky warrior who also happens to be really good at taking care of others. Otherwise, Subsonic is fairly satisfied with his current position in the guild, and would like to keep it this way.
