Parrish is a strange creature, brought in on the tide of a summer radiation storm, the dust and heat choking out all life and driving all to safety in secure homes. It was only Appolymi who braved the storm, stumbling upon the Riders standing in the middle of the street. They do not talk, they do not eat, nor sleep. They guard the Tavern with the sound of stoked forges coming from deep within them.
