Nemoni

Despite being a few days younger, Nemoni is the responsible 'adult' to the Imperial twins Oyashio and Kamchatka. Where the siblings threw family and stability to the wind in search of a better life outside of the Icefield, then fled to the Sea of a Thousand Currents when life on green land proved too unsettling, Nemoni has calculated his every move and prepared for all the possible consequences well in advance. He followed the twins from his home lair out of a sense of duty and protectiveness--for all their size difference, Nemoni feels like they need him in order to be safe and well. He has completely prepared himself to devote his life to watching over the Imperials and guiding them when his razor-sharp insight and crystal-clear logic are needed.

He never expected to find himself falling in love with a Skydancer whose heart is rooted in the same too-green, too-growing wilderness that the Ice-born dragons could not handle.
