'Greed Island' is a game set up by Gon's father and his friends, one of whom was Razor, who was once a prisoner for murder and many other charges. He is extremely strong, and during the game, came face to face with Gon, and they played a game of dodgeball, both as part of a team of 14. Gon had Killua, Hisoka, Bisky and some others, however Razor only had himself, and thirteen Nen creatures that he created out of his 'magic', so essentially it was 14 (though only seven were of use) against the one. It was tough, and Razor found himself without his Nen creatures against Gon, Killua and Hisoka, and he thought he would win, but that was until he saw Gon's power. It was immense. 'Ging, you should be proud.' He thought, 'this boy is truly your son.' And with that, he was happily defeated, even not going easy on him, just like Ging instructed : ‘When my son comes, do not go easy on him.’
