Technician, mechanic, and blacksmith, Corrente always has some sort of metalwork project on the go. Although he didn't do the original work, he has made many adjustments to Kyther's furnaces since he joined. He has a terrible habit of ignoring time, working on his projects right through the night into the morning. (He also has a tendency to forget to eat. Carladya has to remind him literally every day to consume "at least a salmon or two".)

Regardless of his complicated past with Clauvia, he is one of the biggest Clauprisa shippers in the clan, and probably his ex mate's biggest supporter (aside from Emprisa herself). He admits that finding out about Clauvia's sexuality and raising a baby with someone who wasn't his mate had it's challenges, but it "makes me who I am today. B'sides, we both have our own beautiful mates, an' children now. That's in the past. I won't be forgettin' it, but I won't be frettin' over it either".

So, I'm guessing that mask keeps your nose nice and toasty. Do you recommend it for other Ridgebacks who get cold easy?
Corrente tilts his head at your question, humming gently under his mask.
"Y'know, I nev' really thought about that b'fore. It is a welding mask, r'member, an' I do use it fer its purpose. I'm from the Scarred Wasteland, y'see, an' as a Plague dragon the weldin' fire can really hurt me. So I always use it for keepin' the heat out." He pauses for a moment, closing the front of the mask down as far as he can manage. "An', now that I think 'bout it, it don't even get sweaty when I'm weldin', meanin' it keeps the heat out real good. An' that means that it'll keep the heat in too. So yes, it would keep other dragons, an' not jus' ridgebacks, nice n' warm 's long as they can fire up th' inside." He flipped the front of the mask up, a crooked, toothy grin on his face. "Hope that helps, an' thanks fer the question!"

The large ridgeback was perched back on his haunches when you asked your question, a glowing hot blade pinched between a clamp. He fanned the forge with his wings for a moment before putting the ragged sword into the coals. Only then did he turn around.
"Sorry 'bout that, jus' wanted to get that in there. Wesmona's been waitin' for it. To answer yer question, yes, I can see jus' fine. This space right here is for me to see out of." He pointed to the bright orange line near the middle of the mask. "It may look like it's a solid piece but it ain't. It does have some tint in it to help protect yer eyes though. Here, lemme show ye how good I can see." He grabbed a spare metal wire and traced a surprisingly precise line around his his claws, not once actually touching them. "See what I mean? I can see jus' fine." He gave you a toothy smile and a nod from under the metal plate, putting the wire back in its pile. "Thanks fer askin' 'bout it!"
