Thomas is convinced that the Library is hers - although she has never helped with either the engineering or funding, and despite the fact that it existed long before her arrival on the Windswept Plateau. She does an excellent job, however, of protecting it from noisy students and the coffee stains of tired professors. When not in Librarian Mode, she provides gentle advice for students with lots of worries :)
