Clan Status; revered, honored, trusted friend to all
While Drift does have his own closer circle, every dragon in the clan still reveres him as their leader. The first six to enter the clan besides his own family know him the best, Atlas and Wander even adopting him as their father and taking his name. Astra is close with him too, serving as an advisor to him, and Ink and Bloom have grown close with him as well through their relations with his biological daughter, Byrrai.

The biggest contributor of Drift's majesty is not his strength or his power, but his personality. Drift greets everyone with kindness, and will never fail to accommodate whatever it takes to make another comfortable.
Occupation; Patriarch, head of decisions
Truth be told, Drift tried very hard to deny his position as Patriarch, but, as more young wanderers found their way into the clan, he found that they were the ones putting him at the top. Drift co-leads the clan alongside Zekal, and often acts as the spokesman for decisions.

History; a memory-erasing tragedy
Perhaps the worst part about the tragedy of Drift's life is that even he doesn't remember what happened. In truth, he had asked an old friend of his, learned well in the arts of the Arcane, to cast a very particular spell on him. The spell in question was one that had been lost in the ages; a spell to completely change the sex of a dragon. Quite simply, Drift just couldn't bare to have a female body anymore. But, in the end, the spell went wrong. Months of gathering scrolls and spell books went to waste when the spell was cast. Though Drift's body did change, his memory was wiped entirely. Drift awoke, weak and ill, at the edge of the Reedcleft Ascent, where the ever-racing winds start to sweep in the stench of the Wandering Contagion on dark nights. He had no idea where his lair was, nor his family, his friends, or his hoard. Soon after he rose, however, he ran into a brilliant crimson Mirror that towered over him with wings spread wide. Her name was Zekal. Looking down on him, she explained that he had been keeping him safe for the almost two weeks he was unconscious. In the coming weeks after, Zekal stayed to help Drift recover; but, by the time Drift was fully healed, she was hesitant to leave him. As it turned out, she didn't have anywhere else to go. Both had been outcast, and both, in the end, decided to leave it all behind, and start a new life in the forests of the Viridian Labyrinth.
