BACKGROUND STORY

It was a cold, stormy night when Snow hatched. The day she was born was also the day her parents were taken by the Plaguebringer. She had always been alone, until that one fateful day when she encountered something precious in the Frigid Floes; an unhatched arcane egg. Nobody was near, and the mother was not in sight. Snow didn't know what to do; should she care for the egg as if it were her own? She couldn't. It would be ridiculous; a fighter such as herself take care of an egg? There was no way. Snow started walking away until she heard something; dragons. She looked back and saw two fire hatchlings roaring flames near the egg. They were getting closer. As the hatchlings ran, the floor beneath them cracked, following them wherever they went. Snow ran towards the egg while she yelled at the hatchlings to stop; they wouldn't listen. Snow kept running, faster and faster until finally, she was there. She quickly grabbed the egg with her toes and flew away.

After days of travel with the egg under her protection, she reached the Cloudscrape Crags, where the egg hatched. Out of that egg hatched a tiny Imperial. The moment Snow looked at the hatchling, she felt the need to raise that dragon as her own.

That was the day Snow realized she was never meant to be alone in this world forever.
