This dragon seems to be excited for absolutely everything, an eternal bubble of joy. He sees the wonder and beauty in all that he lays his eyes on, yearning to explore new places and learning more about the beautiful world that he lives in. He believes that there is always something new to learn, something unique to experience, and that no two dragons will ever have the exact same experience. A natural-born storyteller, he does not hesitate to tell others of the wonders that he has seen in his adventures. He can be seen as a bit TOO loud, sometimes, but he is simply very eager to tell anyone he can about the beauty and wonder of the world around them.
