Akkou was the one who's founded the clan after having a family with Xarkan. While the clan was small and mostly made of family members she did well as a leader and mother but when it got bigger and harder to manage she left leadership to others and concentrated on caring for the young of the clan, acting as a mentor and mother to all hatchlings, not only her own.
