Runa

This tundra left her Arcane home with a bunch of knowledge collected in her book, and even more so in her head. She's very interested in history, and wants to know what happened in the past so that the civilizations of present time can take caution to not repeat tragedies. And also to find knowledge and wisdom that has yet to be rediscovered.
She'll gladly start up conversations with those who have similar interests, or medics, blacksmiths, storytellers, jewelers... anyone who wants to know about her findings, really. This catches some dragons off-guard as Tundras are normally not very chatty. But if you change the subject to something she's not very interested in, or don't know much about, she will be more like the standard Tundra and just quietly listen... or drift off deep in thought. It depends, really.

She mainly travels around Dragonhome, but every now and then she revisits her old home, The Starfall Isles. The only place she really keeps out of is The Scarred Wastelands, unless she finds some kind of historical trace that leads her there... but in that case her visit will be as quick as possible.

She has formed some kind of friendship with Morpho, who is a Plague dragon with a lot of experience in traveling around any and every landscape.
Runa always keeps a pair of goggles around her neck, hidden under the Highnoon Hank, as you never know when a sandstorm, snowstorm, hailstorm or rainstorm will strike while you're traveling. Eye protection is a top priority! Or just, protection in general. You sadly always run into some kind of ruffians out there, and her wing guards makes a body slam extra powerful, and a kick with those spurs on the boots are not to be taken lightly. And of course, she knows the basics of Arcane magic to defend herself with! And the aforementioned Morpho has battle (and survival) experience to make up for 3 dragons.
