Ancient Founder of Seflinhelm
Siren revered Helmersiva as the Speaker of Serpents, and as such believe that the Many-Eye Snake is a messenger of his. He was one of the few Siren with magic capabilities. A battlewise fishman who created the mechanical walking city of Seflinhelm. Much less serious than he looks.

The Siren are a race of beastpeople known for their prowess in metalwork and fishing. They take pride in their strength over their magic, though those born with spellcasting ability are said to carry the blood of Helmersiva within them. The mechanical marvels at their disposal would leave even the most skilled Lightning craftsman in awe.
