Of the fourth four kids, Sherbet found an affinity for cold desserts, as did her twin sister, Sorbet. She worked mostly with her father, as her craft was the most similar to his. She looks up to him immensely as a leading figure in her life. However, all of her studies were accompanied by Sorbet. It was a game between the two of them, to see how different they could make their desserts -- the only difference was that Sherbet used dairy and Sorbet didn't! These playful competitions made Sherbet expand her craft exponentially, finding new ways to add in different ingredients and flavors. She was known for making excess, however, and loved to give her sweet concoctions away to other members of the clan.

As the third sister, she had many role models, but still had a younger sister she could be a role model for as well. Even so, Sorbet became her best friend, and one of her greatest inspirations. Through learning of Sorbet's lactose intolerance, Sherbet became keen to picking up on ways to take care of dragons in need -- especially if they were lost, and didn't know what to do. Having seen the families her siblings have created, she contemplated having kids of her own, but decided that her first priority was to the children of others -- children in need, who were suffering one way or another.

While out on her journey to find and take care of the young hatchlings of Sornieth who were in need, Sorbet was shocked and sad to learn of how much abuse some hatchlings go through. She never, ever spoke of what she saw to others, but surely had the stomach to witness it, and more importantly, respond to it. Though her desserts were her primary offer for comfort, she became something of a nurse and a foster mother to many hatchlings, always supporting them until they could find a better place to live. Many times, she would help them find such places -- and she's had to escape a few mean dragons herself as a result! Nonetheless, she feels this is her life purpose, and she believes each and every hatchling she cares for deserves a better chance at a better future.

Sundae dragons, in their family line, all have a knack for the sweet and delicious. Ever since they hatch, Sundae dragons are exposed to the wonders of the culinary arts, and are immediately brought to the kitchen when old enough. Each dragon finds their own special talent within the world of cooking and baking, which may be adapted there or otherwise. Due to the natural infusions of their family recipes' ingredients, most Sundae dragons tend to hail from the Viridian Labyrinth, although some are known to venture off into other lands, generations to come. All Sundae dragons take from their family line of delicious plumage, that making them appear like chocolate swirl ice cream or chocolate chip cookies to show off their lineage, with accents of fluffy frosting.
