Of the fourth four kids, Cocoa had an interesting interest in the bitter -- he frequently found uses for bittersweet chocolate, or other desserts which counteracted sweetness with bitterness. He had the opposite of a sweet tooth; when something was too sweet for him, he couldn't finish it, else he'd feel sick. So, he decided to focus on mildly sweet dessert variations for those who enjoyed a little treat without feeling sick. He took inspiration from his littlest sister, Sorbet, in the matters, since she focused on food options as well. Instead of food limitations, he focused on the health of the food he ate; desserts were notorious for being unhealthy, and so his goal was to make healthy desserts for any dieting lifestyle!

As the first brother, Cocoa felt an obligation to be an example for his younger siblings. After all, he was the eldest brother of the largest nest his parents ever had! Unfortunately, it left him to become a bit of a mini-parent when his siblings didn't want him to be one. Along side that, he was a health nut: he exercised every day, went on early morning runs, and felt best when he was moving. Since his dishes were health-focused, he tended to not get along with his older brother Fudge, who was notoriously known for excessive sweets and a pudgy belly.

Despite his neuroticism, his family still loved him, especially his "twin bro, Cacao," as Cocoa himself called him. The two grew up side by side and, with similar interests in their crafts, experimented frequently together -- though it was Cacao who helped Cocoa learn to respect other peoples' boundaries and not try to control their decisions for them. Nevertheless, he's proud to have such an awesome brother to call his twin, and always admired him for how relaxed and positive he was. With lessons learned, he found his own path combining his recipes and interest to sometimes act as a personal trainers for dragons who sought out his help and dedication for a lifestyle like his. Now, he's respected and admired, as he learned sensitivity while still holding to his own personal ideals.

Sundae dragons, in their family line, all have a knack for the sweet and delicious. Ever since they hatch, Sundae dragons are exposed to the wonders of the culinary arts, and are immediately brought to the kitchen when old enough. Each dragon finds their own special talent within the world of cooking and baking, which may be adapted there or otherwise. Due to the natural infusions of their family recipes' ingredients, most Sundae dragons tend to hail from the Viridian Labyrinth, although some are known to venture off into other lands, generations to come. All Sundae dragons take from their family line of delicious plumage, that making them appear like chocolate swirl ice cream or chocolate chip cookies to show off their lineage, with accents of fluffy frosting.
