B I O G R A P H Y Lokar is a straight forward dragon who doesn't take anything from anyone he doesn't care if your a king he will still talk down to you, and knock's them down a peg with his mean words showing them that he doesn't care about your title because he's in charge anyway, due to this he often finds himself in verbal fights with others usually about them doing something wrong or them have started and he doesn't back down. He's prone to violent outbursts and speaks in a falsetto voice with a hint of a British accent. Sometimes the fights start because he's a Elitist and erudite, dragon who judges everything everyone does. He views him as defined and a patrician bloodline, this gets most irritated or even slightly uncomfortable around him since he's always watching there movements and judges them totally on that so there always on edge so they don't slip up and make a fool of themselves in front of him. He uses over-complicate their speech, But sometimes others wonder if one day he will talk down to the wrong person, since he will and does talk down to the strongest and biggest dragons out there and surely brings them down with his mean words, and when he starts no one can stop him they just have to hope nothing goes terribly wrong, he's never got in a physical fight he simply hurts the others ego with words which surprisingly causes more damage and they don't know what to say back to Lokar.

B I O G R A P H Y He normally wins by using words that they don't understand so they can't say any comebacks which he finds hilarious, he sometimes even burst out laughing by there confused faces, since when he speaks he uses a lot of Latin words and very big words that many wont know the meaning of to make him look high and mighty by showing his knowledge, since he adores writing and literature he has more knowledge in that area making it even easier to confuse the other dragons by making them feel stupid when around him. He's has dislike to plague dragons, thinking of them as illiterate brutes and savages. He has a fine interest in decorating, antiques, and arts and crafts He acts super snobby when around others and views himself as high class probably because of his higher IQ, his refined tastes and ability to outsmart a lot of dragons, if you mess up on one word just one he's on you straight away calling you all words that mean idiot "follis" "Idioten" and many more since he really wants his words to get across to you so he says it in many language's even though you probably don't even understand what he's saying to you anyway but if you say that he will continue to rant even more. He uses all words of big meanings to the point you don't know in gods and goddess's name he is talking about just simply prove his point to you or anyone in the vicinity he will continue to rant or scream any were at any time in one language or multiple, and seems to not let go of grudges or even if you have started a feud with him he will carry it on for as long as he likes, and when he doesn't get his way he simply tricks others until he does. He has a small grudge against a few of the dragons, like Zorak. Only, decent thing people like about him, is the fact. He's throws excellent parties, some view his parties as over the top. You can't get them wrong on that. He always has a theme to his parties, he'll nail the theme to every last part, no moment in his party is dull
