A smile spread across Blutblatt's face. Or maybe a smile wasn't the best word to describe it. No, smiles shouldn't send shudders down the spines of every surrounding dragon. She raised her face up to the crowd around her and her dark, tired eyes could barely be perceived under the cowl she wore. They seemed a little bloodshot... or at least off-color. At any rate, her expression was difficult to read.

"Thissss, is not something to concern yourssselves with," she hissed. They expected her voice to be scratchy and disturbing, but it was melodic.... alluring. It seemed to belong to someone who knew secrets you desperately needed to know in order to survive. A couple dragons even leaned in a little to hear her better as her voice was a little low. "You'd besssst leave me alone if you want to sssstay out of trouble."

"We can't do that." Blutblatt's full attention immediately went to the dragon to her left who dared speak out. He visibly flinched, but she took no satisfaction from this small show of power; she was more concerned with getting these plebians away from her as soon as possible. She had business to take care of. "You're under arrest."

Impatiently, Blutblatt snorted, turning away from the nuisance. Now thoroughly tired of the shenanigans, she turned on her heel and simply ran. The other dragons didn't give much chase. They were village do-gooders, not a trained force by any means. Moreover, they'd heard rumors of live sacrifices made by the Darah Tulah. Although there was no confirmation of this fact, none of the present wanted to take that risk. Regretfully, they weren't able to discover too much about what Blutblatt actually looked like given that she was shrouded head to toe in tattered cloth that waved in the wind, distracting the eye.

The meeting place of the Darah Tulah wasn't too far, which was good because under her robes was also a large collection of herbs and materials that were weighing her down. The present plot was a number of years in the making and Blutblatt had a feeling it would be many more before their plan would come to fruition.

She looked around at the walls, badly stained after all this time--with what was not important. She could feel her body relaxing just being in the environment she knew no outsider would visit. It was full of cobwebs, a couple large bags of different materials, and even a broken glass bottle from last week which no one has bothered to pick up. They were all too focused on the big picture--furthering the Darah Tulah philosophy--to stop for such a frivolous matter.

They all had a common goal. They didn't need outsiders to understand. They would get the job done with or without anybody else's approval.

Darah Tulah is coming and Blutblatt will be there to see to it.
