Primdes is incredibly magically gifted. The skydancer is wise and older than his looks, which if good because his looks are definitely not something to scoff at either. There is a reason he has such a long offspring list!
Most of his magic is of the Arcane variety, with the help of his Magic Nymph. He thinks Arcane magic is the most refined and well-concentrated magic, not all over the place and uncontrollable like other more elemental based magic is. His room is packed to the brim with books and scripts of Arcane spells, enough that you'll probably trip on one going to visit him. He is a bit cold, but not in a mean way. He just has better, more important things to do 90% of the time.
