B I O G R A P H Y

______ Despina joined the Clan somewhat by accident and has almost always been at her post at the edge of the Clan. Up on a crest of the Crystalspines, she holds her position with a breathtaking view over the Starfall Isles and beyond, under a grand stone gateway that marks the Clan's territory. She watches over the Clan and assesses those who come and go. She's never had to deal with anything or anyone malicious, but will fight ferociously to hold her ground if the need arises. She insisted on taking up the role and nobody protested her wishes. The other Clan members agree that there is a certain feeling of security knowing that she's watching out for any trouble up at the Gate.

______ She's a dragoness of few words,
and has a calm, meditative aura about her. She spends all her time at her post, unless specifically summoned. When others from the Clan pass by or come to visit (usually Zephyr or Luka), they'll drop off her food for the day. Despina does sleep - but it's always light. She is certainly not antisocial and is fond of everyone in her Clan. She just says that, for that precise reason, she does not want to leave her post - she feels a responsibility. Some ask her if she is worried or paranoid about some looming threat, to which she says no; but she just feels the need to keep watch. Some have fondly joked that perhaps she should have been born a Guardian with a Charge to follow since she is so steadfast in her ways.
