Innocent and soft, Zaa smothers all hatchlings she encounters with motherly-love and warmth. Perhaps, too much warmth?
As she has tiny arms, she wraps hatchlings (or very small adult dragons) into her clutches using her tail. No dragon becomes harmed in any way, except maybe their ego - being tightly cuddled by a Wildclaw is not the most impressive sight for reputation purposes.
