Seme is a very overprotective dragon. He has teamed up with Bara-san to keep the village's streets safe for his dear partner. Seme acts as the ruthless prosecution in the village's makeshift law system and he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty either.

Prior to the village life, Seme had a rather complex background. The village isn't his only foray into the law and because of that he has managed to make himself many enemies from all walks of life. One of them just happened to be a warlock. In an overly convoluted plotline his significant other got cursed and turned into a bird. Seme went through hell to turn him back only to trigger at least 5 even more convoluted failsafes in the curse and by the end of that trainwreck of a journey Seme transferred the curse to himself in a way. Not a big deal to be honest. What neither of them know though, is that this tale has a part 2 that's yet to start. The warlock is now in the village.
