Ivan

Ivan knows just about everyone in Empatheia, even the dragons he's only seen in pictures. As his memory is quite short, this is rather odd, and tends to be just as confusing for those who haven't formally met him as those who know him well. He is generally seen as stupid and greedy, but nonetheless he has many friends and his clanmates seem to gravitate towards him during social events.

Quick to the shot and quick to the auction, Ivan both runs a trading and shipping post along the southern border of Empatheia, and, though not a member of house risk, works as an unofficial tower guard between orders. Ivan is a rough-tempered old dragon, but he is loyal to his friends and wishes well those that work for their living. He is currently attending therapy courses at Faust's clinic in an effort to curb his alcoholism.

10/20/17 - Ivan adopts a young spiral dragon off of the streets. Her name is Ilphnitra.
4/29/18 - One of Ivan's storehouses is attacked by a 'giant guardian'.
5/9/18 - Shokesht receives a letter from Nova in the post from Kaltvinter. The contents are largely conversational. She shares the letter with Ivan.
4/3/20 - A letter arrives in Empatheia, addressed from Delirio rather generally to House Steel's smiths, architects and other assorted craftsmen. He demands that a temple be built for the old gods of Pigsburrow and their allied tribes. Cries of blasphemy abound, but nonetheless the construction is soon underway.
