"Take that, meaninglessness of the universe!"
Sally is a physicist, a genius who was working on a project trying to cancel the Higgs field and levitate objects. When her team turned on the machine to test it out, Sally accidentally ended up in the testing chamber. It turned out that her machine interacted with the rifts caused by the time storm, and Sally ended up transported to Paradox territory. She ended up joining Sylphrenia's team, trying to figure out how to replicate the effect of her machine and figure out how to use it to go forwards in time.
Later, she started finding mysterious transmissions hidden in music broadcasts. When she, Eiffel, and Emory managed to decrypt the messages, they found what appeared to be a conversation between someone named Dr. Anthony Partridge and... Dr. Sally Grissom? Currently, the two main hypotheses are that the messages were sent by a future version of Sally or that they are picking up signals from an alternate universe.
She is proudly asexual.
