I am lost.

I have not tasted water for so long.

My soul is not pure enough to pass from this realm.

Kebechet heard these words as she came into being. Gazing upon the Realm of Passing, where all mortal souls come for judgement, she beheld these anguished spirits. Although she knew of nothing before this moment, Kebechet felt pity. Driven by a need to help these souls, Kebechet condensed her essence from the stars into a physical form and descended to the Realm of Passing. After taking water from the Heavenly Domain and lighting candles with her brightest stars she said to these souls:

Follow my light, for I know the way home.

Drink this water, for it will quench your soul.

Bathe in this water too, for my water cleanses all and will make you new again.
