Born in the wilds of the Wasteland, these are the first children born to Xochiquetzal and Mictlantecuhtli without trickery or malice. They were carried on their father's spiny back, witness to their mother's reassertion of her well-earned vicious reputation. The copper tang of blood was the backdrop for their childhood, and they were encouraged to take part, to show themselves as worthy of their bloodline.

They were regaled with stories of the Pale Gulch, still standing proud under their brother's guidance awaiting it's true eader, learned themselves to be self-proclaimed royalty, and taught to use tooth and claw to take what they wanted.

But, as with all, Xochiquetzal quickly grew bored of the lingering hatchlings, and turned on them,
chasing them from her side. Their father didn't intervene, but stayed to watch them go, a watchful eye as they disappeared over the horizon to find their own paths. {bio by Fuse}
