The knowledge and luck Seer

She is allowed the 'seer' title due to her luck abilities and her secretarial position (being the historical scribe for her seer clan). She actually has amazing powers regarding the use of luck- she can grant charms or curses for the luck of someone and their future. Unfortunately, her luck ability came with a built-in curse. Her curse is that she can never be appreciated. No matter what good she does, she will never be good enough for anyone.

Her luck powers aren't all-powerful either. Dragons must be specific with their luck needs and the spell is never 100%, it just increases the chance (by a fair bit) of that outcome happening. She also can't multiply the chance of something that can never happen (zero times anything is still zero).

These are often the points of blame for her unsatisfied customers- that her spell didn't work as well as they wanted, didn't happen at all, or didn't go as planned.

BUT, if a savvy dragon knows exactly what they want and ask miss Bei for that, then they will get exactly what they wish for- but always somehow manage to forget that she's the reason why they got were they are.

And this is why she charges so much for her services- she will never be appreciated so why not be rich? 		Light Runestone
