______ Aether came across the clan when he was driven from his own. His clan had become fragmented from an onslought of the Shade and a virulent disease that was almost impossible to survive. Among the chaos, Aether calmly accepted that that chapter of his life had come to an end, and, with nothing to his name, forsaking his original home, he set out to travel in isolation, not knowing where he would be going.


______ Aether had only intended to rest briefly with the clan, admitting that he was exhausted. However, he was gradually convinced to stay, even though he was reserved and hardly brought anything to light about himself initially. He was mourning still, but tried to forget about what had happened so that he could look forward to what his life could become.

Nobody felt it right to push Aether into any particular position for the clan and allowed him to simply settle in and find some peace while he recovered from the weeks of loneliness and exhaustion after losing his clan and fleeing. He now takes it upon himself to manage matters of the afterlife, although nobody to date has been lost from Clan of the Realm. Aether spent time being meditative and coming to terms with his losses, and has since completely put the past to rest and found happiness with Novaura. He has a skill for recognising sicknesses, and has a curiosity for communicating with spirits, and necromancy.
