Skrum's partner in command, and second hand to Taernyll. Weliana is the female progenitor of the clan. She is very individualistic and concerned with individuals needs and looks to improve on every aspect of life within the clan for herself and others, while also retaining a realistic approach to problems, with a hierarchy of priorities. She takes a much more active role in inspecting every clan member's quarters, and is well known for her random inspections. Short tempered, but not uncaring, she is kept calm by the authority she carries over those in the clan. Despite her stature she can be terribly intimidating. In this way, being active and inflexible to order in other's lives, she is much a contrast to Skrum's reasonable nature and workaholic approach.
She has suppressed frustrations, long buried at this point, of Skrum's seemingly disloyal tendencies to breed so freely. A frustration she has acknowledged as coming upon her for fantasies of being treated as a Queen to the clan, with he her King. His determination to serve the clan, and each of its members through blood, sweat, and tears tempered her frustration into dysfunctional respect and compassion, though often finds that that old disappointment bears its fangs.
She is a member of the Coliseum fighter band "Dichotomy" along with Pristella and Skrum. Because of Skrum's determination, Weliana has slowly diverted the focus of her talents to being as the spine behind them, shielding them and blurring pain out of thought with supportive magics.
She has some envy for the extent of Skrum's adoration for Pristella. She dreams of acquiring a Skydancer scroll to become "just what he wanted, and more", believing his disinterest comes from her stature and hide.
- Since being given a Skydancer scroll by Taernyll, believing her spawn would be an incredible investment to the clan, Weliana has been taken back in awe and vanity to her own beauty. Having been present when she was transformed, Skrum was struck mute and dumb by her change. Much to the once-Fae's delight. In her alienation she has been brooding over old wounds some, and intends to tease the diligent broodfather for a sense of "harmless revenge."

She does not have romantic interests, but keeps close watch over Kettera, believing her introversion and depression to be an uncanny slip from where she is herself. With Kettera's flight from the lair, and her transformation into the most beautiful dragon in the clan, she has no further concerns regarding her wellness becoming invalid. She enjoys the power she can employ to vex anyone she needs into breeding with her without complaint.
