______ Born and raised within the reaches of the Rotrock Rim, Levi was of considerable length for a Spiral dragon even in his younger days. He always was and continues to be keenly devoted to the ideals of his elemental kin to this day. He always took joy in training to become as strong as he could. He threw himself wholeheartedly into playfights with his allies, which would evolve into more deliberate sparring matches as they all aged.

______ Not long after reaching adulthood Levi became met a dragon named Cynthia. She too was a Spiral and, impressively for someone who did not have a non-Spiral parent like he did, was actually somewhat longer than he was. He became enamoured by her size for a 'pure' Spiral; this eventually blossomed until he found himself infatuated with her. A mischievous and free-spirited Skydancer named Stephanie, an old friend of his, encouraged him by saying that life's too short to not pursue love. However, someone else offered Levi considerably worse advice...

______ Kaimana, a Guardian with whom Levi frequently sparred and with whom he subsequently shared a tense rivalry, suggested that Levi perform a particularly dangerous feat to impress Cynthia; whether he meant to be helpful or he was being deceitfully spiteful of his rival isn't known. Nonetheless Levi took Kaimana up on his suggestion and elected to dive into the Sea of a Thousand Currents and find Cynthia a treasure with his own claws. Unfortunatley, however, he did not take into account just how badly non-Water Flight Spirals can swim...

His True Love

______ Almost as soon as Levi dived into the sea he found himself no match for the currents within. Given his lack of swimming prowess he struggled to prevent himself from drowning. Just as he felt the fear of death clutch his heart for the first time in his life, someone ascended from the depths. His talons managed to grasp the snout of the larger dragon that had come to help him, as they lifted him up to the surface so that he could breathe. Once he had regained his breath, he turned his attention to his saviour.

______ Levi found himself gazing into the azure eyes of a Water Flight alligned Guardian. Their gazes met and, to Levi, time seemed almost to stand still. Perhaps it was the gratitude towards this stranger for coming to his aid. Perhaps it was thanks to his fondness for females of a larger size than himself. Perhaps it was destiny reaching its invisible hand in to draw the two together. In that moment, Levi felt his heart beat more strongly than it had ever done before. He'd gotten into that mess thanks to his infatuation for Cynthia. Now, though, he felt something more than petty attraction. Now, in that glorious instant, he felt as though he had fallen in love.

______ That newfound sense of burning love did not leave Levi for even a moment after that day. He never returned to his former clan, instead electing to travel with the Guardian, named Beth, he had fallen so deeply for. Over the course of their time spent together they grew closer and closer. He dedicated himself to protecting her with all his strength, and gifted her a ring with which to show his love for her. In turn, Beth accepted him as her mate and took him as her Charge.
