Water Council Member
The Caster of the Sea "I'm hungry." Water Council Member. The main reason he joined the council was because they were offering free food at the election debates. His charisma and relatability won everyone over and now he's determined to make sure everyone has tasty food to eat. Tiberius greatly enjoys battling and exploring. He'a also very good at reading the mood which has helped him and Zephyrus escape several instances where they've explored a little too far into the nearest dark cave. He isn't as fast at flying as his friend but he is good at fighting. He loves going into the coluseum and casting the most gnarly spells he can think of, but he doesn't like to get too close, that's Drift's job. He enjoys watching the action too and will often spectate sparring matches between dragons practicing in the coliseum. He likes insect catching too, mostly since they are his favorite snack but it can be mildly entertaining if he is going after a particularly elusive snack. He has befriended Afton and wants to be able to provide lessons on water magic to Afton's pupils, unfortunately Tiberius gets nervous when teaching others, he is afraid he'll do it wrong somehow. Thankfully, he's been trying to get over this fear slowly, even if it takes a while he knows he'll get there one day. Tiberius is also a great diviner, he has been able to predict several times when the warriors should be extra prepared, he's also great at weather prediction, though he doesn't often inform anyone of the future. He's well aware that if someone knows what's going to happen, it may not actually happen and that could be a disaster. As a council member Tiberius is in charge of the science and magic department. This pretty much means checking in on the scientists occasionally to ensure they haven't created anything too catastrophic. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, the maximum allowed catastrophe level is an 8. No one ever talks about the time it hit 9, and Gladekeeper forbid anyone ever sees the day of a 10. That 9 took weeks to clean up, even Neville got a bit tired of it. It's been recorded and carefully placed in the lair records. Thankfully, most catastrophe levels are around 1 or 2, if at any level at all. A perk of being the science head is that Tiberius gets first calls on new inventions if he sees something he likes, he's obtained two Roombas and a flying hammer from this.
