Biography
He was alone.
His mother, the Queen, doted on his sisters, and especially the youngest one, which resembled Mother the most. She was spoiled aand very very innocent, unaware about politics of the Palace.
His older sister was a militaristic marvel- white scales and big crimson wings, with subtle flame- reminiscent opalesque marks. On her introduction to the society, she got many MANY suitors..and Mother spent weeks sorting through candidates, ecstatic. Because of that, she actually paid attention to her wishes, and allowed her daughter to train in warfare arts ..and she looked so dashing with military attire as her sister in ballroom dresses.
He envied them.
For some reason, Mother disliked him. For Years he told himself that she simply coudnt find time to care because sisters demand too much attention...he repeated and repeated until he believed, until he started to hate his sisters and despise those of similar type; even if deep down he knew that wasnt true, it wasnt them to blame- afterall he had seen families with six or eight kids, equaly sharing the love, in those long nights when he ran away from Palace knowing that no one cared.
Why? Why he wasnt good enough?
He thought so many times he could ask Mother....but he ran everytime.
Because with him she wasnt Mother, she was the Queen.
He gave up trying to talk to her. Was simpler to obey- not that he did all the time but...mostly. Maybe then she'll see the value of him.
Whispers in the Palace referred to him as "forgotten child".
