In truth, it was the jointing of two groups that came together to create the Frostblood mafia, and of course, the infamous bar, La Pomme Neigeuse, which covers the group's seedier acts. Lilith, seeing the weary Meivalis struggle her way through life, brought her Plague-bound compatriots to aid the poor girl. It's true, of course, that her ulterior motives are easily observable, but regardless, she seems to care for Meivalis as if she were her own daughter...

It's right to be fearful of her. The woman is a witch in her own right, sparing no mercy for those whom she deems unworthy of her time. Her only known (and perhaps, only surviving) child is the spiral, Parvis, who's taste for blood and craving of violence rivals even hers.
