{ URGENT DELIVERIES }}

Always moving and expending that boundless spiral energy - tapping her feet, stretching her wings, fiddling with the multitude of pockets stitched into her cape (which she reaches with admirable flexibility, her feet functioning just as well as hands). Her voice matches, sometimes tripping over itself in how quickly the words are gushing out.

Practically half-plant, boughs extending from her shoulders, moss speckling her nose and limbs like freckles. Naturally, her scales would be blue, but there's a curious green tint to some sections, like algae growing in a pool of water. She'd blend in with vegetation almost seamlessly.

Grins like a flytrap, very wide with plenty of teeth, but it's almost certainly meant to be friendly rather than a threatening gesture.

Amarantha is one of the oldest members of the clan, despite her youthful appearance (and attitude, some might add). She arrived covered in even more greenery than she is now - back then, she resembled a dragon-shaped topiary more than a dragon with plant attributes, though she gradually shed her leaves the longer she spent in draconic company. Why a Nature-blessed dragon chose the barren Icefield as her home is a mystery to most, but Amarantha always claims that she felt a special pull towards the location.

(In any case, she's made her own little corner of vegetation almost by herself - the copse of trees was always there, but what she calls her "garden" only began sprouting after she took residence. It's a small area, but she's very proud of it - individually names almost every patch of plants, and shows them off to anyone who comes visiting. The Snowsquall canteen even receives regular donations from her veggie bed, which Solitt kindly features on a daily menu.)

As a courier, she's come a long way as well. She's always been quick on her wings, but when she first started out, Amarantha wasn't particularly devoted to her job. Easily distracted, quite delicate, and awfully prone to taking extra breaks whenever she spotted a particularly comfortable-looking tree that just demanded to be napped on. She was also fairly terrible at handling the irate clients afterwards, telling them the blunt true story of why there were twigs in their newly delivered coat with unapologetic irreverence.

However, with the rising of the beastclans, being a courier became a riskier occupation and Amarantha took up battle training accordingly. She found herself training alongside Sollitt and Key, whose friendship and influence instilled her with a steadier sense of responsibility, and the rigid trainee schedule tempered the worst of her whimsy.

This, along with the self-defense skills, shaped Amarantha up into a far more reliable courier - the best, in terms of pure delivery. She's still excitable, but she knows now to channel that excess energy into the job instead of distractions. Still not particularly adept at speaking to her clients - she leaves that sort of diplomatic business to the folks like Aveil - but if you're looking for a fast and safe delivery, Amarantha's your girl.
