Dusk was a dragonet with a broken family. Over the years she grew more stone hearted. Her Father left at such a young age and was found near the woods outside the kingdom dead. Dusk's mother kept Dusk in the castle for most of her life and made a rule to forbid anyone to go in the woods. Later on, one dark and shadowy night, Dusk's mother disappeared and Dusk was crowned queen without notice.
After being crowned queen, she fell in love with an unknown dragon who brought her into a part of the woods. He burned that area down with her in there. She met Shadowbinder and begged to keep her life. And so he did but at one cost... That she would have to send her first dragonet.

Dusk fell in love with another Skydancer named Dakota and they gave birth to two dragonets. Nai and Alexander. Alexander was "sent" to serve under Shadowbinder while Nai was kept to be the future queen. And just like what Dusk's mother did, Nai spent a lot of her life in the castle.

Dusk was assassinated in her room by a masked Mirror who broke a mirror and stabbed her. As she screamed in terror, Her head guard, Hansha rushed in and attacked the assassinator. Unfortunately she was too late and the queen was already dead. The assassinator pinned Hansha and almost slit her throat until a mysterious Mirror crashed through one window and grabbed the other Mirror and fell out the other. The mystery Mirror killed the assassinator and ran off.
