Biography

Gastrian the Angered
Gastrian is not a very powerful attacker, despite his appearance. He is very temperamental and has trouble dealing with people. He is all bark and no bite, so when he is forced to deal with someone, he instead uses magic to distract and disarm them. He often teams up with Destair, a very powerful and intimidating Guardian.

Gastrian’s home clan was in the middle of The Wyrmwound. They were vicious fighters, dragons who would go and slaughter entire clans. When other clans had to tell stories, they would tell their hatchlings the story of the vicious villains of the Plaguebringer’s domain. They were not only powerful fighters, but they were also doctors. They studied every virus and disease there was and infected the lands with it. They laced their fangs and weapons and bathed their hatchlings in their mother’s cauldron of disease. The clan only had one ally. It was forced, because they could not take down the other. The other clan ransacked and slaughters other clans but kidnaped a few and gave them to the clan. They experimented on them. Through this forced alliance, a sickly wildclaw decided to join a demented Guardian. They had three hatchlings, but by the end of it, they had one. The Wildclaw was sickly because they worked day and night with the essence that was in The Wyrmwound. It twisted their appearance, and was slowly developing them. They dunked all three hatchlings into The Wyrmwound, all but one survived. It was weak, and not very far from death. The Guardian forced it to work until exhaustion. The sickly scales that had nearly enveloped the wildcllaw was passed onto the Hatchling.

Out of no where, the other clan attacked the clan. The clan was already dying out, so it did not take long to over power them. They took the doctors and magic users and the rest a pile of bones. The ones they took were excitedly helped them, their minds to demented to feel sorrow for their old clan mates. The hatchling was not happy about this and was forced to engage in their activities. They weren't treated as a prisoner, but was instead treated as a fellow warrior in training. They were weak, so they instead sharpened their magic skills. This lasted a long time, until the prisoners from all the years they attacked clans attacked them back. They massacred all of the clan, and the now grown guardian barely managed to escape.

They wondered around the Plague domain, injured and weak. They stole food from other clans once in a while, but other than that had no contact from other dragons. They were eventually taken down by a group of mirrors and a ridgeback, only to be found by a powerful guardian. They blacked out, but woke up in the Zephyr Steppes, surrounded by Skydancers, Tundras, and Guardians. The one that had found him was there, staring directly at him. He panicked and got defensive, not used to being near so many dragons. He refused to tell them what had happened, not knowing how’d they would react. The one that had saved him suggested that they take him back to the clan, but he panicked even more and tried to attack what he assumed was the leader. Another Guardian attacked him and knocked him out. When he woke up, he laying down in a garden of Carnations. He shook the sleep from his head and got up. He looked around and the only other one there was the Guardian. They spoke for a while. He decided to stay.
