she got displaced from the events of bote and ended up in nature
she's an oracle, and foresees positive events
she comes from the shallows of a kelp forest

BOTE's storm tumbled her from water through shadow to nnature; she was found on the shore by treesonng who was adventuring
rather than going back, she stayed, because she fell in love with treesong
they realize her oracle powers, osteon takes interest, the two bond over being water dragons and being able to "see"

she ends up apprenticing under osteon while treesong adventures; they eventually part on good terms, and are still friends, but she's single and doesn't feel guilty. it was infatuation at first sight but she feels better to have a clean slate so she can focus on her studies
